Our most senior investment professionals, i.e., our Investment Committee members, maintain primary research analyst duties and make up the core of our research function. The team brings decades of experience and knowledge together - visiting portfolio companies and related businesses, talking to company management, generating ideas, and gathering valuable knowledge about businesses. They remain active today doing the primary company investigations that add the most value to our clients. At the same time, these senior professionals direct, shape, and grow the research analyst team over time, teaching and providing quality assurance over the individual and collective effort.
